Once these elements have been discussed and agreed, we’ll provide you with an estimate and ask you to pay a deposit of 50%. We’ll ask you to settle the remainder of the bill before dispatch. Because our customers include institutions and venues as well as private buyers, we do offer a degree of flexibility in our terms. Please just ask.
