DELIVERY POLICY

At Avena Carpets, we take great care in crafting and delivering your premium bespoke Brussels Wilton carpets worldwide.
Please review our delivery guidelines to ensure a seamless experience.

1. Production & Processing Time

  • Each carpet is handmade to order, with production times varying based on size, complexity, and current workload.
  • An estimated completion timeline will be provided upon order confirmation.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Global Shipping: We ship internationally via trusted couriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx) or specialized freight services for oversized pieces.
  • Delivery Times: Vary by destination. Expedited shipping may be available upon request (additional fees apply).
  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Calculated based on carpet dimensions, weight, and destination. A shipping quote will be provided before order finalization.
  • Duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Inspection & Acceptance

  • Inspect your carpet immediately upon delivery. Report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours to qualify for resolution.
  • Note: Due to the handmade nature of our carpets, slight variations in texture or color are inherent and not considered defects.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Bespoke carpets are made to order and generally non-refundable. Exceptions may apply for major defects (assessed case-by-case).

6. Storage & Delays

  • If delivery is delayed by the customer, storage fees may apply after 30 days. Unclaimed orders may be forfeited.
